Four simple steps to a cleaner project. No headaches, no hidden fees, and you don't even need to be home.
Pick Your Size & Price
Landfills charge us by the weight. That’s just physics, and we can't change it. Every dumpster comes with a generous weight allowance and a generous number of days included in the price. We put those numbers in bold print. If your project is heavy and you go over that limit, there is an overage fee—but we tell you exactly what that per 1,000 lb fee is before you ever book. No hidden 'processing' fees. You just pay for the extra weight. That's it.
We Drop It Off
You don't need to be home. Just tell us where to put it (plywood recommended) and ensure 30-60 feet of clear space for our massive trucks to maneuver. Keeping the area unblocked saves you from a wasted trip fee.
Pro Tip: We can't guarantee exact times due to traffic, landfills, and DOT rules stopping drivers from taking calls. To avoid stress, schedule your delivery for the day before your project starts—we give you that extra day for FREE.
Load It Up (Stay Under The Line)
Fill the box, but nothing can stick over the fill line. Customers often think it’s OK because a tarp goes over the top, but those tarps cost thousands of dollars and debris sticking over the top rips them. It’s also a hazard for other drivers and against DOT regulations.
As for debris, use common sense. Keep hazardous items out (tires, wet paint, batteries—if you can't eat or drink it, and it's poisonous, keep it out). If we can't take it, usually no one can because we all take it to the same landfill.
Call Us When You're Done
We operate on a call-in basis. We don't schedule the pickup until you tell us you're ready. Just like delivery, we cannot guarantee exact pickup times, so please only schedule your pickup when you are completely finished with the dumpster. If your project runs long, it's just a small, transparent daily fee. Work at your own pace, and call us when you're done. We'll send our vetted local crew to haul it away. Ensure that same 30-60 feet of clearance is totally unobstructed so our truck can safely retrieve the box without a wasted trip fee!
